  • UPDATED: FLSA Child Labor Rules Advisor — The Child Labor Rules Advisor has been updated to incorporate the changes to Regulations, 29 CFR Part 570, that became effective on July 19, 2010. These regulations focus on nonagricultural employment.
  • NEW: H-1B Advisor — This Advisor helps users determine if they fulfill the requirements of the visa program by answering questions relevant to specific H-1B classified workers. It also outlines notification requirements, monetary issues, worksite issues, recordkeeping, and worker protections, as well as additional requirements for employers deemed to be H-1B dependent or willful violators.

  • NEW: Disability Nondiscrimination Law Advisor — This Advisor is designed to help employers determine which federal disability nondiscrimination laws apply to their business or organization. The Advisor also helps recipients of federal financial assistance understand their responsibilities under these laws.
  • UPDATED: e-VETS Advisor — this Advisor assists Veterans, Service Members and their families and caregivers to quickly and easily navigate Web-based information on a variety of topics, including education, job training and employment.
