Constitutional Rights

Now, more than ever, we have witnessed the ever-encroaching hand of big government into the daily lives of Americans. Whether it is the Legislative Branch passing legislation that extends beyond the bounds of what the Constitution provides for or Executive Branch agencies claiming powers beyond their authority, it's important that we understand what powers are granted to the federal government and what powers are reserved for the states via the U.S. Constitution. Not unrelated is the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms which must be protected and strengthened in light of numerous attempts to chip away at those rights.
