Thank you for your interest in attending Congressman Mack's forum discussion on Monday, August 16, 2010.  Mack and a panel of experts will discuss the policies enacted by Congress and the Administration over the last 18 months, and answer questions about what we can expect in the future.

-- The event is free and open to the public.

-- Doors at the Naples Beach Hotel will open at 5 p.m. and will close promptly at 6 p.m.

-- Seating at the event is first come, first served.

-- Every person attending the event must register (i.e., for married couples, both the husband and wife should fill out this webform separately).  This will give us a more accurate count for space needs.

-- Signs, banners, posters and other placards are prohibited inside the building.
