Thank you for expressing an interest in ordering a flag from our office. We can have a flag flown over the United States Capitol for you, a friend or in honor of a special occasion. If you are interested in ordering a flag, please print and fill out the order form. Due to high demand for flag requests, please allow six to eight weeks for delivery.
An official certificate will be included with your flag listing the date it was flown and any other information you wish to be printed on the certificate. Your check must be included with the order form and made payable to Congressman Pete Hoekstra Office Supply Account. All prices include shipping and handling. Please send the form and check to the Holland address listed at the bottom of the order form.
