Today, Congressman Higgins released the October schedule for his Chautauqua County “Congress On Your Corner” program, which offers regular satellite hours in an effort to better serve local residents.  Over the last 4 years Congressman Higgins has offered the Congress on Your Corner program over 500 times at locations in Chautauqua County alone and another 140 sites in the county are scheduled for 2009. 

“Sometimes it isn’t easy for our constituents to come to our office, so my staff travels to neighborhoods across the 27th district to take our services directly to local residents,” said Congressman Higgins. 

During Congress on Your Corner Constituents have the opportunity to talk with someone from Congressman Higgins’ office about issues related to Social Security, the Veteran’s Administration, citizenship and immigration, or any other federal matters they may need assistance with.
