Each year Rep. Mica has the privilege and honor of nominating local high school students for acceptance into one of our nation's military institution.  The US Military Academy, Naval Academy, Merchant Marine Academy and the Air Force Academy accept only the finest students who must demonstrate academic and physical strength, community service, and leadership potential.
