Josh Saltzman
Chief of Staff

Josh Saltzman graduated from the College of William & Mary (1999) with a B.A. in Government and International Relations. He is also an alumnus of Trinity College, Dublin (2001) with a M.Phil in International Relations. Originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Josh previously served in the offices of Congressman Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania and Congressman Ed Royce of California. Before becoming Chief of Staff, Josh served as Congressman Sessions' Rules Associate on the Rules Committee and as Legislative Director for nearly 6 years.

Keagan Lenihan
Legislative Director

Keagan Lenihan is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, but she grew up around Washington, D.C. She graduated from the University of Colorado in 2002 with a B.A. in Communications. Keagan moved back to Washington after graduation to become a Staff Assistant for then-Majority Leader Tom DeLay. In 2004, she became a Legislative Assistant with Congressman Tom Price, M.D. (GA - Atlanta). Keagan joined Congressman Sessions' staff in March of 2008 as Legislative Director. She specializes in health care and serves as Congressman Sessions' Rules Associate on the Rules Committee.


Emily Davis
Communications Director
Emily Davis is from the Dallas area and graduated summa cum laude from Dallas Baptist University with a B.A. in English and minors in Communication and Political Science. Before coming to work for Team Sessions, Emily was an active volunteer for Congressman Pete Sessions' 2004 campaign and for the Dallas County Republican Party. She currently handles all Communications and Press issues for the Congressman.

Leigh Young
Executive Assistant
 
Leigh Young was born and raised in Dallas, TX. After attending the University of Texas in Austin, she came to DC as an intern for Congressman Sessions in the fall of 2004. She went on to work for another Dallas-area Member of Congress, Congressman Jeb Hensarling, in January of 2005 for a year and half. Leigh briefly left the Hill to work for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America on their federal PAC. Having realized that Capitol Hill is too great to leave for long, Leigh rejoined Team Sessions in July 2007 as his Scheduler.

Evan Shoop
Senior Legislative Assistant 
Evan Shoop graduated from Duke University in 2006 with a double major in Public Policy and Political Science and a minor in Spanish.  After graduation, Evan moved to Washington, DC where she began in the Sessions office as an intern. Evan later became a Legislative Correspondent before being promoted to Legislative Assistant. Although Evan grew up in Malibu, California, she has spent a significant amount of time in the 32nd District, where most of her extended family lives. Evan currently handles Family Issues/Religion, Law Enforcement/Judiciary/Crime, Illegal Narcotics, Small Business, Energy/Natural Resources, Transportation/Environment, Homeland Security, Immigration, Trade, and Foreign Affairs.

Schylr Greggs
Legislative Assistant
Schylr is a native of Huntsville, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences. After graduation, Schylr interned in Congressman Sessions’ DC office before joining his legislative staff full-time. Currently, Schylr holds the position as one of Congressman Sessions’ Legislative Assistants and handles his Banking/Financial Services, Budget, Defense/Military/Veterans Affairs, Education/Special Education, Disabilities, Family, Housing, Labor, Postal, Social Security/Retirement/Pensions, Taxes, Congressional Down Syndrome Caucus, and the District 32 Special Needs Working Group issues. He is also enrolled at the Naval War College in DC pursuing a Masters of National Security and Policy Strategic Studies.
 
Torrie Miller
Legislative Correspondent
Torrie Miller is from Montgomery, Alabama and graduated from Southern Methodist University in May 2009 with a double major in Political Science and Corporate Communications & Public Affairs. While at SMU, she interned on Congressman Sessions’ 2006 and 2008 campaigns. Torrie began in Congressman Sessions' DC office as an Intern Coordinator for the 2009 Pete Sessions Leadership and Growth Program, and she was hired on as a Legislative Correspondent at the close of the program.  Torrie is also the Program Manager for the Pete Sessions Leadership and Growth Program.
