The 3rd District of Georgia consists of 15 counties -- all of 11 counties and parts of four others -- stretching from Douglasville and Carrollton south to Columbus, then east to Henry County. The counties in the district are Fayette, Coweta, Henry, Meriwether, Muscogee, Troup, Heard, Douglas, Carroll, Spalding, Pike, Upson, Rockdale, Harris and Lamar.
