The Committee granted, by voice vote, a rule waiving all points of order against the conference report and against its consideration. The rule provides that the conference report shall be considered as read. The rule provides that Section 2 of House Resolution 619 is amended to read as follows: "On any legislative day of the second session of the One Hundred Ninth Congress from January 3, 2006, through January 30, 2006, the Speaker may dispense with organizational and legislative business."
