My office would be happy to arrange for a United States flag to be flown over the U.S. Capitol building and mailed to you with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate includes information specified by you, such as the date the flag was flown or the person and/or the occasion it honors.

To place a flag order, please print out and complete the Flag Request Form and mail it to the address on the form along with your payment. My office cannot process the request until it receives the order form and a check or money order made payable to "Congressman Darrell Issa Office Supply Account" for the required amount. Please note that flag requests take 6 - 8 weeks to process. Be sure to send your request well in advance.
