H.R. 3752 - COMMERCIAL SPACE LAUNCH AMENDMENTS ACT OF 2004

The Committee on Rules is planning to meet next week to grant a rule for the consideration of H.R. 3752, Commercial Space Launch Amendments Act of 2004, which may require that amendments be printed in the Congressional Record prior to their consideration on the Floor.

The Committee on Science ordered the bill reported on February 4, 2004, without amendment and is expected to file its report with the House on Monday, March 1st, 2004. Members should draft their amendments to the bill as introduced on February 3, 2004.

Members should use the Office of Legislative Counsel to ensure that their amendments are drafted in the most appropriate format. Members should also check with the Office of the Parliamentarian to be certain their amendments comply with the rules of the House. If you have any questions, please contact myself or Eileen Harley at x5-9191.
