FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Gulfport, Miss. – In a few weeks, our offices will close. The office is disposing of case files as follows.

The files for all closed cases will be shredded to protect the constituents' personal information.

The files for all open cases will be transferred to the new Congressman's staff so that constituents can continue to receive assistance.

If constituents do not want their case files to be transferred to the new staff, they can pick up their files from our office by November 30 or they can give us consent to shred their files.
