Arts Competition

Congratulations! Thank you to all of those who participated in Congressman Dingell's Arts Competition. The winners are:

First Place: Tiffany Swoish, for her photograph, "Drop of Patriotism"
Second Place: Chantelle Baron, for her watercolor, "Fall Day"
Third Place: Ashley Hopping, for her untitiled photograph
Scholarship: Domonique Coleman, for his drawing, "Caring Mother"

For over 28 years, Congressman Dingell has hosted a competition for Southeastern Michigan’s top high school artists. The 15th District Congressional Arts Competition, “An Artistic Discovery” allows students to exhibit their creativity, while also competing for the opportunity to have their artwork exhibited in the U.S. Capitol complex.
