 The 20th District California's 20th District
Nestled in California's San Joaquin Valley, the 20th District includes all of Kings County, part of Fresno and Kern Counties. This area includes the cities of Coalinga, Firebaugh, Fowler, Mendota, Parlier, Sanger, Selma, Fresno, Arvin, Delano, McFarland, Shafter, Wasco, Bakersfield, Corcoran, Hanford, Avenal and Lemoore. Rich with agricultural products such as grapes, almonds, cotton, dairy and beef, all three of the district's counties rank in top ten agriculture producing counties in the United States. Dozens of languages are spoken throughout the 20thDistrict, a sign of the diversity of our residents ethnic backgrounds. From Portugal to Japan, settlers from around the globe have found a home in the San Joaquin Valley.
