Increasing Transparency
In an effort to increase the transparency of the United States House of Representatives, the GOP Real-Time Vote Information Service offers vote history in a consolidated environment, combining rolls with other official House & GOP resources. In addition to a user-friendly interface, the GOP Vote Information Service provides all official vote tallies in RSS/XML format.
Current GOP vote archives go back to 2007, the 1st Session of the 110th Congress. Other Congresses will be added at a later point.
GOP Portfolio comments and suggestions can be sent to GOPWeb@mail.house.gov.
How it Works
GOP Vote Information Service uses the House of Representatives Legislative Computer System to facilitate the provision of historical vote information. All results are delayed a maximum of five minutes on days during which legislative business occurs. When new vote information is recieved, related policy and statement information is consolidated with the vote on the vote summary page.
