Flags Flown Over the Capitol
You can purchase a United States flag through Senator Dorgan's office and even have that flag flown over the United States Capitol for special occasions or events.
Requests for flags must be received at least two weeks prior to the desired flying date. The flag, and a certificate stating its authenticity and the date flown, will be shipped four to five weeks after the date flown.
Payment must be submitted at the time the request is made. Flags can be purchased in a variety of sizes and made of either cotton or nylon.
Please note that requests for flags flown over the Capitol will not be accepted after December 1, 2010.
