Thank you for your interest in an internship in my congressional office. Internships are a great way to learn about the legislative process and current issues, and serve as an excellent starting point for careers in public service. Many current members of Congress – myself included – began their careers as interns.
The Application Process:
If you are an undergraduate, graduate or professional student or a recent graduate with a strong interest in public policy, my internship program offers a unique opportunity for growth, learning and meaningful service. We are looking for people who are dependable, enthusiastic and professional.
Internships are offered year-round in each of my four offices: Washington (DC), Muskogee, Claremore and McAlester.
Deadlines:
Summer session: March 19
Fall semester: August 4
Spring semester: November 21
If you have any questions, please contact the intern coordinator in my office at 202-225-2701.
