One of the most important services I provide is assisting you when you are having trouble cutting through the red tape of the federal government. Although I cannot order an agency to decide a matter in your favor or circumvent regulations, I can ensure that your case is treated fairly.

Below you will find some basic information about a variety of federal casework matters on which I might be able to assist you. These include federal pensions, immigration problems, federal income taxes, military benefits, Social Security claims, Medicare, veteran's benefits and other federal matters. Please note that I can only assist with problems regarding federal agencies or programs. Problems involving state or local government agencies, such as Child Protective Services, MediCal, County Social Services, Child Support, or state Workers Compensation are outside my congressional powers. If you are experiencing a problem in one of these areas or otherwise need assistance contacting a state or local agency, please contact one of your state legislators or locally elected officials.

This information was compiled from the websites of various federal agencies and is not intended to provide an exhaustive or definitive source of information. Rather, it is intended as a general guide to help you identify your specific problem so I can better assist you and to also provide contact information if you would like to contact an agency directly.

If you need further assistance, please fill out the short Casework Inquiry Form and my staff will contact you.
