The Federal assistance requested will provide for the purchase and installation of three (3) SeaFLIR Video Surveillance Cameras and the purchase of twenty (20) handheld, portable, two way multiband radios. It is a valuable use of taxpayer funds in that the this purchase will enhance security in the Port of Boston and improve interoperability through upgraded communications equipment.
