The City of Brockton has requested funds for West Elm Street Reconstruction. The project consists of upgrading roadway and traffic infrastructures and pedestrian improvements on West Elm Street from Warren Avenue to West Street. The purpose of the project to improve both safety and congestion and to provide enhanced pedestrian accessibility and safety.
