This project is a five-phase, five-year project consisting of mapping of watersheds, drainsheds, and piped and surface stormwater systems; reconnaissance and collection of data and implementation into a stormwater graphical information system (GIS); and development and implementation of sampling protocols and water quality improvement target areas under NPDES elicit discharge elimination requirements.
