The Town of Milton requests funds for the Energy Savings Greenhouse Gas Reduction Initiative - Conversion of Municipal Streetlights from Incandescent to Light Emitting Diode project. The project would assist the Town in carrying out its comprehensive energy savings / greenhouse gas reduction initiative. The project is environmentally sound, meets the United States' goal of reducing energy use and greenhouse gas emission, promotes use of technologically advanced energy-efficient products, and provides reduction in annual operating costs to communities.
