The City of Brockton has requested funds for Crescent Street (Route 27) at Quincy Street & Massasoit Boulevard Safety Improvements. The project consists of traffic signal replacement and geometric improvements and will improve both safety and congestion, and to provide enhanced pedestrian accessibility.
