Flag Requests

Senator Lugar can assist Hoosiers with the purchase of American flags, both flown over the U.S. Capitol Building and not. The flags are are made in the U.S. and are available in sizes 3'x5' and 5'x8' in either cotton or nylon. To order a flag, please print and complete the flag order form.

PLEASE NOTE: A $4.05 fee will be charged per flag flown over the U.S. Capitol.

If you wish to have a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol in honor of an individual, organization or event, please indicate the date you want the flag to be flown and the person, organization or event being recognized. Also, indicate if you wish the flag sent directly to another person, and please include their name and address.

Flags can also be purchased for general use. General purpose flags are not flown over the Capitol and are not assessed the $4.05 charge.

Shipping and Handling

Please include $4.00 per flag for shipping and handling charges.

Please make checks payable in the appropriate amount (flag, flying fee, shipping and handling) to KEEPER OF THE STATIONERY.
