CHILDREN’S HOME + AID RECEIVES HHS GRANT
WASHINGTON – U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) announced today that Children’s Home + Aid, located in Granite City, has been awarded a $169,616 Basic Center Program grant by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The funds will be used to provide services in the Metro East.
“Our social service agencies are under constant financial pressures which are magnified in difficult economic times,” said Costello. “I will continue to support these programs, which provide critical assistance to children and families in our communities.”
