My Washington office, through the United States House of Representatives, makes available American flags for purchase that have been flown over the U.S. Capitol. Also available are flags that have not been flown over the Capitol. To order a flag, individuals must be either a resident of the 6th Congressional District of Tennessee or sending it to a person in the district.
If you choose to purchase a flag flown over the Capitol, it will be accompanied by a certificate showing when it was flown and for what occasion. Flags can be flown on any day of the year.
