Coast Guard Authorization Act The Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2010 (H.R. 3619), introduced by Representative Jim Oberstar, would authorize $10 billion in fiscal year 2010 to the United States Coast Guard so that it may implement its mission responsibilities.
Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 (H.R. 3792), introduced by Representative Frank Pallone, would continue a vital program that has been serving people living with HIV and AIDS for nearly two decades.  Today, the Ryan White Program provides care, treatment and support services to nearly half a million people—most of who are low income.
Small Business Financing and Investment Act The Small Business Financing and Investment Act of 2009 (H.R. 3854), introduced by Representative Kurt Schrader, would aid small businesses in obtaining critical credit to get the loans they need to make payroll and expand their businesses.  This bill incentivizes lending, reduces bureaucratic red tape, and increases the size of Small Business Administration loans to loosen the credit markets and get capital back into the hands of job creators—small businesses.
Expedited CARD Reform for Consumers Act The Expedited CARD Reform for Consumers Act of 2009 (H.R. 3639), introduced by Representative Carolyn Maloney, would change the date by which banks and credit card issuers would have to comply with the remaining provisions of the Credit CARD Act, a new consumer-friendly legislation signed by President Obama earlier this year.

Worker, Homeownership, and Business Assistance Act The Worker, Homeownership, and Business Assistance Act of 2009 (H.R. 3548), introduced by Representative Jim McDermott, will help local economies around the country by: extending unemployment benefits for millions of workers looking for jobs; extending, expanding, and improving the homebuyer tax credit; and providing tax relief for American businesses and military families.  The bill:
