If you have tried to work with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and have had problems, we may be able to assist you. Our office may be able to help you with questions regarding naturalization applications, immigrant petitions for relatives and adjustments of status applications that are delayed or lost. For instance, if you have would like the Congresswoman to inquire about the status of your Naturalization or Green Card, you must fill out a Request for Assistance Form and send it with an explanation of your problem to:

You may also call The Ask Immigration Helpline, available 24 hours a day at 1-800-375-5283. The office of Immigration and Naturalization Service serving the 13th District is located in the Anthony J. Celebreeze Federal Building at 1240 East Ninth St, Cleveland, OH 44199. Applications for various visa and immigration options can be obtained at that office or its website.
