Thompson Staff to Hold Constituent Hours across District

Washington, D.C.--U.S. Representative Glenn `GT’ Thompson, R-Howard, today announced that his district office staff will travel to various sites across the 5th Congressional District in the next few weeks, to hold constituent hours.  While Thompson maintains two full time district offices in Bellefonte and Titusville, he is committed to bringing constituent services to every one of the 17 counties in the district by offering this face-to-face time with staff in different locations.

“I travel extensively throughout the district, and everywhere I go, I hear from people who need help in dealing with the federal government with issues from social security to passports,” said Thompson.  “Staff is always available by telephone, but by having constituent hours in many different communities, it allows those who want to meet with staff a more convenient opportunity to do so.”

Thompson’s staff will be available to answer questions and to assist area residents and business owners with a wide variety of federal issues including, but not limited to, economic and workforce development opportunities, social security, Medicare and veteran’s benefits.  If you are not able to attend the constituent hours, remember you can still contact Congressman Thompson’s Titusville office at 814-827-3985, his Bellefonte office at 814-353-0215, or visit his website at http://thompson.house.gov.
