Rep. Melancon to Hold Town Hall in Houma on Oil Disaster PDF Print

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Congressman Charlie Melancon (LA-03) will host a constituent town hall at 10 a.m. CDT on Saturday, May 22nd, in Houma to listen to constituent concerns about the oil leak disaster in the Gulf of Mexico and provide information about the response efforts. The town hall will be held at the Houma Municipal Auditorium, located at 880 Verrett Street.

Representatives from the Coast Guard, BP, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Small Business Administration, the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, and officials from Terrebonne, Lafourche and St. Mary Parishes will be available to help answer questions and listen to concerns.
