The Committee on Environment and Public Works will hold a Business Meeting to consider the following agenda: Peter Silva, Nominated to be Assistant Administrator for Water, Environmental Protection Agency, Stephen Owens, Nominated to be Assistant Administrator for Prevention, Pesticides, and Toxic Substances, Environmental Protection Agency, and Victor M. Mendez, Nominated to be Administrator of the Federal Highway Administration, Department of Transportation.
