Service Academy Congressional Application Form

Nominating young people from south Louisiana to the Military Service Academies is one of the most privileged responsibilities of a Member of Congress. Young people who are genuinely interested in pursuing a career in military service and who are looking to build a career foundation at one of our esteemed service academies are encouraged to contact my Gonzales district office at 225-621-8490 about a nomination letter.

All nomination applications must be received in my office by December 1st of the year prior to when you wish to enroll.  If this date falls on a weekend, applications must be postmarked by the 3rd but will be accepted the following business day.
