Culver, IN – Today, Congressman Joe Donnelly announced a $1.5 million U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant for Garden Court, Inc. a future community that will serve low income seniors in Culver.
“I’m pleased to announce this investment in the well-being of Culver’s seniors,” said Donnelly. “I thank Garden Court for their dedication to north central Indiana communities, and look forward to visiting the Culver Garden Court community upon the project’s completion.”
Garden Court, Inc. has been awarded a Section 202 HUD grant for $1,589,500 to provide Section 202 housing for seniors. The grant will be used to construct a one-story facility with 13 one-bedroom units of affordable, independent housing for low income elderly. Garden Court, Inc. has multiple facilities in northern Indiana, including communities in Plymouth, La Paz, and Bourbon.
