South Bend, IN—Congressman Joe Donnelly offered this statement in response to the flooding taking place in Carroll, Cass, White, Fulton, Starke, Elkhart, St. Joseph and Pulaski counties.
"I've been in touch with all the mayors of the effected cities and towns, and I’ll be talking to the governor to pass along to him what I've heard and seen. I stand ready to do whatever is needed in the coming days and weeks. My thoughts and prayers are with all the people who are struggling to deal with the flooding."
