Construction and Renovation

During these extraordinary times, it is important to remember that while we continue to expand area of land we inhabit, we should consider the impact of this sprawl.  To reduce the further degradation of the environment, it may be prudent to utilize the various green technologies in the market as well as the incentives available from the federal and state governments to ensure energy efficiency, resource conservation, and cost effectiveness.  This information will assist your understanding of the resources available for home developments and renovation projects.

Consumer Complaints

I understand the frustration and aggravation that arises from dissatisfaction with products and services.  To assist the constituents of the 7th District, I have included the following useful pages to assist you in your efforts to voice your complaints about the products and services you purchase and receive.  Given the current state of the economy, it is important to practice financial responsibility; these resources are intended to help you eliminate wasteful spending on the goods and services that are not fit for the purpose for which they were sold.

Foreclosure

The rapid increase in defaults in the 7th District is one of my principal concerns.  To address this endemic threat, I have compiled a list of resources on this page, which you may access to lessen the possibility of title to your property transferring in a Sheriff Sale.  I suggest that you utilize as many of the resources on this page as possible so that you can understand the alternatives to avoid foreclosure.

Landlord-Tenant Issues

To assist the tenants of the 7th congressional district of Pennsylvania, I have assembled a list of resources offering information on affordable housing and rent subsidies as well as information on landlord tenant law.  In the event that you require either assistance paying the rent or information on the laws applicable to landlords and tenants, please do not hesitate to contact these helpful resources.
