Meet the Clerk
Lorraine C. Miller is the 35th Clerk of the House of Representatives. The Clerk has lots of jobs. Her most important job is to keep track of all votes taken by Members of the House of Representatives. The Clerk serves for two years and is elected on the first day of each new Congress.
