The flag tells of America's struggle for independence, the sacrifices brave men and women have made to protect our freedoms, and the preservation of democracy. If you would like to order a flag that has been flown over the United States Capitol Building in Washington, please fill out this 23rd District Flag Request Form or contact my Washington, DC office at (202) 225-1313. There are charges associated with the purchase of a flag and having that flag flown over the Capitol building. The price varies according to the size and material of the flag you request. You are responsible for this cost. My office must receive payment in full before shipping your order. All flag requests will be met in the order in which they are received. Because of high demand and an increase in the number of requests I receive, please allow 4-6 weeks for your flag to be delivered. |
