Rep. Luján to Hold Job Seekers Resource Fair in Rio Rancho PDF Print E-mail

Washington, DC – On Saturday, Rep. Ben Ray Luján will hold a Job Seeker’s Resource Fair in Rio Rancho where he will bring together a variety of experts to provide instruction for those who are job hunting or interested in becoming entrepreneurs. Experts providing instruction during the fair will include Stacy Sacco of WESST (a nonprofit organization providing quality entrepreneurial services throughout the state of New Mexico) and R. Aaron Lundquist of the Small Business Development Center. Other opportunities will include a Hiring Panel to discuss job search best practices, careers in nursing, and applying for USA Jobs.

The Job Seeker’s Resource Fair is intended to provide New Mexicans access to human resource managers, trainers, and other career professionals who can help people focus their job search and follow application strategies to increase the likelihood of finding employment in these tough economic times. Professionals will be on site to provide one-on-one resume review, interview coaching, and best practices related to job search strategy.
