Map Will Show Recovery and Reinvestment Act Investments Throughout the District Washington, DC – Today, Rep. Ben Ray Luján launched his “Recovery at Work” interactive map, which shows where funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is going in New Mexico’s 3rd Congressional District. “The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is already at work in New Mexico’s 3rd Congressional District,” said Rep. Luján. “This interactive map will allow New Mexicans to track funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act throughout the district.” The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was passed by Congress and signed into law by President Barack Obama in February.
