Washington, Mar 17, 2009 - Rep. Waxman and other members of the California Congressional Delegation wrote a letter to Governor Schwarzenegger and CA Secretary Glen Thomas regarding the state’s plans for disbursing funds under the State Fiscal Stabilization Fund program.  The Delegation specifically expressed concerns over reports of the state trying to dictate and/or delay the allocation of ARRA education funds to local educational agencies.
