If you need help with an agency of the federal government, caseworkers from Congressman Adam Putnam’s office will be available at several locations in Hillsborough, Osceola and Polk counties in July as part of the congressman’s outreach program.
If you are a constituent in the 12th District who needs help from a federal agency such as Social Security, Veterans’ Affairs or the Internal Revenue Service, you can speak in person with one of Congressman Putnam’s caseworkers at the meetings below. Please bring any documentation or written information that will help explain your case.
If you need assistance with a federal agency but cannot be at one of the outreach meetings, you can call Congressman Putnam’s Bartow office toll free at 866-534-3530. Since 2001, Putnam has represented Florida’s 12th Congressional District, which includes most of Polk County and portions of Hillsborough and Osceola counties.
