Titus Amendment to GIVE ActCongresswoman Dina Titus of Nevada’s Third District joined with Congressman Tom Perriello of Virginia to offer an amendment to the GIVE Act that would create a National Service Reserve Corps and help launch a new era of national service. The amendment passed with a strong bipartisan vote of 339 to 93.
