The Congressman and his staff can help connect homeowners to federal, state and other resources that can help them deal with problems concerning home mortgages, foreclosures, recertification and affordable housing.  While the Congressman and his staff are unable in most instances to intercede on behalf of individual homeowners with businesses and banks, they have had success in assisting home owners access and use available resources.
