Brown: Limited funds expended in high-unemployment states and federal bureaucratic red tape have failed to get jobs and transportation projects moving.

Brown and his Republican Colleagues on the Transportation Committee gathered to call attention to the fact that the promises of increased employment and improved infrastructure made about the stimulus bill are ringing hollow.
