The data in this report represents those motions decided by the courts through September 24, 2010, and for which data was received, coded, and edited by the Commission as of October 5, 2010.

Annual National Seminar
The 2010 Annual National Seminar on the Federal Sentencing Guidelines was held June 16th - 18th in New Orleans, LA.
