UPDATE ON PROJECTS ONGOING ON FIRST AND SECOND STREETS, SE (Updated October 27, 2010) The Architect of the Capitol is undertaking major repair work on the underground utility tunnel system, which provides steam and chilled water to heat and cool facilities across the Capitol campus.
