In the months since Democrats passed their new health care law, a number of reports have come out affirming the concerns Americans had when Congress was debating the bill. Republican senators - who opposed the health care legislation because it would raise taxes, raise premiums, and cut Medicare - believe it's time for a "Second Opinion."
