 Secretary Geithner to Testify on Financial Regulation Reform

Washington, DC – House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank (D-MA) announced today that Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner will testify on financial regulation reform on Thursday, March 26, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.  The hearing, entitled “Addressing the Need for Comprehensive Regulatory Reform”, is part of an ongoing series of hearings on financial regulation reform the committee is holding this month.

Since becoming Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, Frank has held several hearings concerning market regulation.  A past hearing on financial regulations can be found here:
