House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers, Jr. (D-Mich.) and Subcommittee Chairman on Commercial and Administrative Law, Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.), today announced a Judiciary Subcommittee hearing on Deferred Prosecution Agreements has been scheduled for June 25th at 2141 Rayburn House Office Building. Witnesses have not yet been determined. A witness list will be forthcoming as the hearing date approaches.
