Tour Request Form

If you are planning on visiting Washington, DC, Congressman Walz can assist you in securing tours of the United States Capitol, the White House, and the Library of Congress. Please complete the following tour request form. If you have any questions or need assistance, please call our Washington Office at 202-225-2472.

United States Capitol

Tours of the U.S. Capitol can be arranged by my office. Depending on the size of your group, members of my staff can accompany you and show you around the Capitol building, including the chamber of the U.S. House of Representatives.

White House

White House tours are self guided and available 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Fridays, and 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturdays (excluding federal holidays). White House tour requests should be submitted to my office up to 6 months in advance and no less than 31 days before your trip. After you submit your request to my office, a member of my staff will contact you to gather security information for the required U.S. Secret Service background check. Following September 11, the White House implemented new, more restrictive security standards for tours, including a limit on the number of tours that are allowed to visit per day. For this reason, tours are subject to availability.

• Treasury Department
• Pentagon
